Terms & Conditions

A. General Policy

  • All students are required to fil-up Personal Evaluation Form and Statement of Risk and Liability prior the start of the activities. 
  • If there are any discrepancies your Coach/Instructor feels you may have a health related risk factor that is detrimental to exceptional exercise programming they may request that you see your physician, prior to your participation in any activities. A note from your physician stating that you are “cleared for participation” will be necessary to begin a program with Sea Guardians.
  • The client must agree to participate in all workouts and exercise routines.
  • If your child has a fear, disability or any issue it is important that you let us know in order for us to adapt the program to you or your child’s needs.
  • Warm up is necessary for every sport introduced. Kindly come on time, if by any circumstance you arrived late, take time to warm-up before engaging to any strenuous activity. 
  • Each training session, since we are mobile, will be held in the privacy of the clients open space or resident pool.
  • The client must wear appropriate loose fitted clothing (for boxing), swim suits (for swimming) to get the most out of each training session.
  • In case of a session cancellation, the client must inform 1 day prior to a prearranged appointment.
  • The client must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the course of training.
  • Sea Guardians Cayman is not responsible for any damaged or lost items at any of the facilities used.

B. Safety Policy

For Swiimming:

  • Ensure to read guidelines of the pool for safety purposes. 
  • Instructor/coach must be in the water first before the students comes in.
  • PFDs/Floaties are required for non/weak swimmers 
  • Proper swim wears are required. 
  • Parents are required to supervise their children and not leave them unattended when class is going on. 
  • No horse playing during training.

For Boxing:

  • A Boxing or MMA glove is required during sessions. 
  • No horse playing when session is ongoing.
  • Appropriate attire is required. Proper footwear and attire are necessary for all terrain activities.
  • No wearing of jewelries, personal effects or watches during the start of every session 
  • Bring own water bottles and extra clothing to change up.
  • Equipment for boxing will only be used as intended.

C. Cancellation Policy

  • Allow your instructors at least 12 hours to 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation of your session.
  •  Any cancellation not given in that allotted time will result in the loss of that session without refund. 
  • The instructors are flexible and are happy to reschedule if you give them sufficient notice and it is suitable for their schedule. Let us know as soon as you know dates that you will be on vacation so we can schedule our classes accordingly.

D. Payment

  • All payment must be made during the first session/activity.
  • Payments are recommended to be in cash up-front, or thru bank transfer via Butterfield online.
